| Admissions Process for Pre-School ( Primary Ages 3 to K) |
Each prospective HCMS family must take the following steps to complete the application process:
Prospective parents are required to begin the admissions process with a private tour of the school. Private tours of the school can be scheduled directly with: Click here to register for a tour. Interested families must submit an application for their child along with a $75 non-refundable application fee. Applicants to the Primary Programs: Prospective parents and students meet privately with one of the Primary teachers for an informal discussion of classroom procedures, expectations, and objectives. Prospective students visit in one of the Primary classrooms for 20min to 1 hour while prospective parents are interviewed by the Director of Admissions or the Head of School or Coordinator. Decisions for admission are made on a rolling basis throughout the academic year as spaces are available. Parents will receive a response approximately two weeks after all required application materials have been submitted. Information on the waiting list will be sent if needed. |
