Description: ZUMBA FITNESS FOR KIDS (ZUMBATOMIC) classes are rockin’, high-energy fitness -parties packed with specially choreographed kid-friendly routines, and all the music children love, like hip-hop, reggae ton, cumbia and more. Parents will love the effects it has on their children.  It increases their focus and self-confidence, boosts metabolism and enhances coordination. At Hudson Country Montessori, children ages 5 and up are having fun, and working out at the same time. With Zumba children get all the benefits that exercise provide.
