Each prospective HCMS family must take the following steps to complete the application process:
1. Parent Visit
Prospective parents are required to begin the admissions process with a private tour of the school. Private tours of the school can be scheduled directly with:

2. Parent Interview
Applicants to the Infant or Toddler: Prospective parents and students meet privately with the Infant or Toddler Coordinator for an informal discussion of classroom procedures, expectations, and objectives.
3. Student Visit
During the Parent Interview, prospective Toddler students visit in one of the Toddler classrooms for 20 minutes to 1 hour.

Decisions for admission are made on a rolling basis throughout the academic year as spaces are available. Parents will receive a response approximately two weeks after all required application materials have been submitted.
5. Waiting List
Information on the waiting list will be sent if needed.
