Hudson Country Montessori School Danbury, CT offers a limited tuition assistance program for families who demonstrate financial need.

Our goal is to support access to a Hudson education while maintaining the consistency and integrity of our programs.

A Thoughtful, Limited Program

Tuition assistance is awarded on a case-by-case basis through a confidential review process.

Awards are based on:

  • Demonstrated financial need
  • Availability of funds
  • Overall admissions considerations

Because assistance is limited, not all applicants will receive an award.

Program Availability by Age

Infant & Toddler (Under Age 3)

Tuition assistance is not available for children under the age of three.

Primary (Preschool)

Hudson Country Montessori School participates in a grant-supported pilot program designed to expand access to Montessori education within the local community. Availability for this program is limited and based on eligibility criteria.

Families who would like to learn more please contact Soledad Akbas at 203-744-8088

Tuition assistance is available on a limited, need-based basis as part of the admissions process. Awards are determined individually and are subject to availability of funds.

Application Process

Families interested in tuition assistance should first complete the admissions process (a tour and your application is submitted).

Once you have applied, you may request information about tuition assistance. Our team will then guide you through the next steps, including required documentation and timelines.

Application Timeline

The deadline for tuition assistance applications for the 2026–2027 school year is January 15, 2026. If there are funds remaining after that date, we will consider late applications. For any follow-up questions, please contact Soledad Akbas at 203-744-8088

Important Considerations

  • Tuition assistance is need-based and limited
  • All applications are reviewed confidentially
  • Supporting financial documentation is required
  • Awards are determined annually and do not automatically renew

A Partnership Approach

We view tuition assistance as a partnership with families who are committed to a Hudson education.

Our focus is on ensuring that students are well-positioned to participate fully in the program and benefit from the experience over time.
